GEMMA is a company that was born from the typical
dishes of the Piedmontese gastronomic traditions, a company based on more than twenty years of quality and history. Today GEMMA recipes can count on a huge selection of more than 130 different products.

 

These products were born from an accurate selection of suppliers and raw materials; from fully respecting the rediscovery of ancient scents and flavours; from a totally handmade production.
Recently, because of the different needs of our
commercial interlocutor, GEMMA has undergone a deep
metamorphosis. Dishes served ?in bellavista*? represent our best presentation and are diffuse on every selling channel indifferently.

Besides, we have lines dedicated to the big distribution with products ?in bellavista? for assisted service and with ?long life? packaging for free service.
A full equipped laboratory, specialised in icrobiological
controls, supports the production and quality director;
this aims at ensuring the high requirements, both for lines of production and finished products.
